About us

The accomodation facility is newly built. The apartments are at 2nd and 3rd floor and can be accessed by stairs or elevator. There is a parking for cars within the structure. The building is not far from the centre of town, at the roundabout, at the entrancei n the town.
The apartments are three-star*** apartments and have the air conditioned facility and TV set, bed room, living room, kitchen, terrace. Rooms have 2-3-4 beds, the bathroom, TV set and air conditioning.

Distance from the beaches: Fažana, Valbandon, isole Brioni 6 km. City beaches: Stoja and Verudela 4 km, Premantura and Medulin 10 km. Within the range od 50 to 300 m there are a bank office, a pharmacy, petrol station, bus and railway station, shops, a restaurant and the Amphitheatre. The centre of town, with the historical nucleus, the market place and shops is 100-300 m far.

Upon agreement with the owner it is possible to use the roof terrace to sun bathe, take a shower or use the grill and the kitchen which can host from 12 to 15 persons.
